-On Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Grocery Store Distribution Days) the Volunteer Admin is direct support to staff in the Grocery Store Check in Process as well as ensuring that Neighbors who are new to the pantry get correctly signed in to Zap In so that they will be seen by the Intake Coordinator.
-Office task (answering phones and greeting program participants)
-Making copies, data entry, making phone calls or assisting with mailings.
-Directing program participants on where to go.
- Once complete, please allow time at the end of your shift to clean your work station, including sweeping, discarding trash or spoilage, or simply sanitizing your work station.
